The role

A jobseeker and an employer who cannot get past registration does not complain. They leave quietly, and they tell others it did not work. You will make sure that never happens on Sankofa Job.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide first time users through registration, Ghana Card verification and their first application, by telephone, WhatsApp and in platform messaging.
  • Serve users in the language they are comfortable in, without jargon and without hurry.
  • Support employers who are posting for the first time and resolve their difficulties the same day.
  • Log every recurring problem so that it is fixed at the source, and escalate anything that blocks a user from working.

Requirements

  • A degree, HND or diploma in any discipline
  • Fluency in English and Twi. Ga, Ewe, Dagbani, Fante or Hausa is a strong advantage.
  • A valid Ghana Card.
  • National service completed.

What you will gain • Professional customer experience training and a recognised track record in client relations. • Direct exposure to product decisions and how user feedback becomes product change. • A clear path into team leadership as support scales across the regions. What we offer • A written contract, monthly salary paid on time. • Structured training from your first week, and a written reference on completion. • Work measured by the Ghanaians you help into employment, not by hours at a desk
