Sankofa Job is operated by G&T Prestige Ltd, a Ghanaian company founded and headquartered in Kumasi. We started Sankofa Job because too many job boards in Ghana are cluttered, expensive, or full of listings no one can verify. That makes it hard for real job seekers to find real work, and hard for real employers to be trusted.
The name "Sankofa" comes from the Akan people of Ghana: a bird that looks back to move forward, meaning "go back and get it." That philosophy drives us. We're building a platform rooted in Ghanaian values, community, and ambition, designed to last for generations of Ghanaian professionals.
Today, every employer on Sankofa Job can earn a verified badge through NIA confirmation or company documents, so the jobs you see are posted by real companies, not scams or ghost listings. We are a registered Ghanaian business, not an AI-generated scheme, and we are building the employment infrastructure Ghana deserves.
