The role

Every year thousands of graduates leave campus with a certificate and no route to a first job, and national service ends with an income gap nobody plans for. You will meet those graduates where they are, before the gap opens.

Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships with career services, SRC executives, departmental heads and alumni offices across universities, technical universities, nursing and teacher training colleges, polytechnics and NVTI centres.
• Run campus sessions, hall visits, career talks and orientation programmes that register final year students and national service personnel.
• Recruit, train and supervise student ambassadors in your assigned institutions.
• Connect graduating students to the employers your regional colleagues have brought onto the platform, and encourage service personnel to register the organisation where they served.
• Track registrations, attendance and conversions, and report on them weekly.

Requirements

• A degree or HND from any recognised institution, obtained within the last five years.
• National service completed.
• A valid Ghana Card and willingness to travel regularly.
