The role

Most of our users are on low end Android phones with little data. A design that loads slowly, or cannot be read in sunlight at a lorry station, shuts a person out of an opportunity. Your work decides who gets in.

Key Responsibilities

Design social posts, flyers, campus materials, employer packs and printed regional job lists that work on small screens and on paper.
Produce short vertical video and motion graphics for campaigns.
Keep every piece inside the Sankofa Job visual identity of navy, gold and cream, with its Adinkra design language.
Photograph real users, employers and workplaces across the regions, always with permission.
Deliver quickly to deadline and accept correction without ego

Requirements

A degree, HND, diploma or vocational certificate in graphic design, visual arts, multimedia or a related field, or a portfolio that proves the ability.
A valid Ghana Card.
A portfolio submitted with your application. This is required.

Skills Required
