The role

Ghana has about 2.1 million businesses and the great majority have never advertised a vacancy anywhere. Good jobs exist in every region. They are simply never seen. You will be the person in your region who finds those jobs and brings them into the open.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and visit employers in your region, from hospitals, schools and hotels to shops, garages, farms and factories, and understand what roles they are trying to fill.
• Register employers on Sankofa Job, help them claim their profile and complete Ghana Card verification, and post their first vacancy
• Build a regional pipeline of at least twenty five active employers within the first six months.
• Follow up after every posting to confirm applications were received, interviews held and candidates hired.
• Report weekly on employer feedback, refusals and the reasons behind them

Requirements

• A degree, HND or diploma from any recognised university, technical university or college
• National service completed, or completing before 31 December 2026.
• A valid Ghana Card and residence in, or willingness to relocate to, the region you apply for
• Fluency in English and in the main local language of your region.
