The role
Most of our users are on low end Android phones with little data. A design that loads slowly, or cannot be read in sunlight at a lorry station, shuts a person out of an opportunity. Your work decides who gets in.
What you'll do
- Design social posts, flyers, campus materials, employer packs and printed regional job lists that work on small screens and on paper.
- Produce short vertical video and motion graphics for campaigns.
- Keep every piece inside the Sankofa Job visual identity of navy, gold and cream, with its Adinkra design language.
- Photograph real users, employers and workplaces across the regions, always with permission.
- Deliver quickly to deadline and accept correction without ego
Requirements
- A degree, HND, diploma or vocational certificate in graphic design, visual arts, multimedia or a related field, or a portfolio that proves the ability.
- A valid Ghana Card.
- A portfolio submitted with your application. This is required.
