Mock Mode: Local Image Validation

Checks the exact 640×480 image in mock mode, without a network request to NIA or a verified badge.

NIA Connection Self-Test (admin only)

POSTs a deliberately invalid body to the NIA endpoint. Reports reachability, HTTP status, latency, and TLS errors.
